In my first post I want to share a & important method to change START logo of WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL. As most people think it is a difficult task ,I will make it very easy for you. TRY AS DESCRIBE HERE BELOW:
1.Download RESOURSE HACKER from internet. /*WHY i will explain in detail later*
to download resourse hacker from this link-http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/Resource-Hacker/978208949/1
2.Run resourse hacker on your pc this picture wizard appear on your desktop
3.click on file this wizard appear
4.open the file explorer.exe from windows directory this wizard appear..
5.choose 1033 on 37 stringe table tab this wizard appear. operation 578 rename start e.g "sunil"
6.Compile script & save as it explorersunil.exe in windows directory.

8.Follow the path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /SOFTWARE/microsoft/Window NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon
this wizard appear...............
Right click on shell choose modify9.Rename the value data from explorer.exe to desire name e.g. explorersunil.exe
follow the wizard
10.Exit from registry & logoff or restart your PC to take this effect on your PC.
